HOW TO PAY RENT
Online via ACH
You may pay your rent by paying online via ACH with a bank account. There is no processing fee if you choose to pay via ACH.
*If you wish to enroll online, please email us at parksideestatesmhp@gmail.com with your name and lot number. We need this information before we can create an online account for you.
Once you have created an account, you will pay your monthly rent using the link below.
Online via Credit Card
You may also pay your rent by paying online using the same link and instructions as Option 1 with a credit card.
There is a 3% processing fee if you choose to pay via credit card.
Cash Pay
You may pay your rent with cash, debit card, or cashier’s check at any CheckFreePay location. Please clink the link below to find a location nearest you.
There is a $4 processing fee if you choose this option (charged by the vendor, not collected by management).
Each resident received a sheet with instructions for cash pay. Each sheet has a unique account number on it, which tells us whose rent is being received. Bring that sheet of paper to any of the retail locations and they will help you make a payment.
